Hey everyone,

Hope this message finds you well… we're about to get on a plane to Berlin and kick off a tour of Germany and Holland celebrating the completion of our new record, Slow Motion Summer.

The album is bare knuckled and brave… with singing stripped to its bare nerves… and songs of heartbreak, heavy dreams, and tv (in two parts). It also features Nadine Khouri singing some lovely, subway-echoed vocals, and Alan Weatherhead playing pedal steel guitar and orchestral samples.

We've done a limited pressing of the cd for the tour and we've made samples of the songs and MP3s available at myspace.com/meanwhiles and meanwhiles.com… and just below this text!

Tour dates are all up on both sites as well for all of you in Germany and Holland (sorry about the English but trust me… it's better this way!)

We hope to have blogs, pics, video and audio of the tour going up on myspace periodically…
